B&E Búsqueda de Directivos is an independent Spanish company founded in 2003. We specialize in the search and selection of executives, directors and independent advisors, and provide other strategic Human Resource services to the Communication and Marketing sectors.


Graduated with a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and a Masters in Marketing from ESEM. Professional experience in Legal Consulting and Human Resources starting at Publicidad Cabitel (Grupo Telefónica), and from 1990 at Grupo Avanzit where he rose to the position of Director of Human Resources of the group. From 1991 to 1993, he was Secretary General for the Asociación de Agencias de Medios Publicitarios (AM). In 1998, Pedro joined Ballantyne Archer Executive Search as an Associate Consultant, and in 2001 he was named Department Head of Executive Search at MBD Gestión y Desarrollo y Negocios S.A. In October, 2003, Pedro founded B&E where he currently occupies the position of Senior Partner Director.


Renato del Bino began his professional career with Grupo Fiat 25 years ago. He has worked in several positions, beginning in Accounted Controll and later becoming the Director of the Commercial Vehicle and Fleet Department at Fiat. From 2004 until 2006 Renato held the position of General Manager for Alfa Romeo brand. In 2007 he was named Marketing Director for Fiat, and in 2009 became the Brand Marketing and Communication Manager for the 6 brands of the Fiat Group, a title he held until 20012. Renato has been awarded numerous prizes and recognitions including Best Spanish Marketing Executive. He has been member of the panel which selects the prize winners for Spain´s most prestigious Marketing and Communication awards. He collaborates with many of Spain´s top institutions and Business Schools including Esade, Esic, IE, and IESE among others. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Marketing Association and Partner Consultant of B&E Executive Search from March 2013.


Graduated with degrees in Economics and Business, and was awarded an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa. Ramon began his professional career in several high level positions in marketing and sales (Unilever, Gilette España and Grupo Koipe), and later became General Director at Aceites Elosúa. He has served as General Director for CAMPSA, advisor for Repsol Butano, and President for Socamp. In 1991, he moved to the position of Executive Vice-president at Repsol Butano, and in 1996 he was made President of Grupo Avanzit, where he served until it was sold in 1998. Ramon currently serves as an advisor to several companies, and as a Partner at B&E.


Graduated with a degree in Philosophy from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Masters in Marketing and Business Management from ESEM. Coming from a family with an illustrious history in the world of advertising, Elena has more than 20 years of experience as an Executive Search Consultant, specializing in Communications and Advertising. Her years of experience and history of success in carrying out projects has made Elena a key player in the Advertising sector. Elena has been a B&E Partner and Consultant since 2007.


Licenciada en Psicología Industrial por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y Master en Gestión y Dirección de RRHH por IDE-CESEM.
Tras una etapa inicial como Researcher en el Departamento de Executive Search en Consultora Internacional, Leonor se incorpora en 2004 a B&E en calidad de Researcher pasando a dirigir en 2007 el Departamento de Investigación y Documentación. En 2008 es nombrada Directora y Consultora de S&P, la división de “Middle Management” de B&E, y Coordinadora junto a los Socios, de la estrategia y metodología de Búsqueda para procesos de alta dirección y otros perfiles directivos.


Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Instituto Químico de Sarria and a Masters in Economics and Business Management from IESE. Jose Maria has served as Director for Metrópolis Seguros Generales and as the Section Head for Previsión Colectiva y Empresas. He was assistant director for the life insurance section at Grupo Zurich where he also served in other executive capacities. Jose Maria was named finance director for Grupo Kairos Seguros and at La Sud América Compañía de Seguros Sobre la Vida.
Jose Maria has years of experience in academia in the areas of Business Relations, Finance, and Executive Studies at the Instituto Internacional San Telmo de Sevilla, the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija and the la Escuela Universitaria La Salle, as well as in many technical institutes. Currently, he serves as the Director of Institutional Relations for ESADE, and as an advisor for B&E.


Awarded a Masters Degree by the Escuela Superior de Estudios de Marketing, Juan has ample experience in the marketing, advertising and communication sectors. He began his career in the 1980’s in the marketing department at General Foods, where he rose to the position of Group Product Manager and helped roll out Café Saimaza and other powdered beverage products over a 5-year period.
Later, Juan held several executive positions with multinational advertising agencies such as Grey, Foote Cone & Belding, Ted Bates, BSB and CDP Europe Dentsu, where in 1992 he held the post of Managing Director.
Between 1995 and 2005, Juan set up his own advertising agency along with his siblings, Solero & Solero & Partners, where he served as Managing Partner until it was sold to the French communications group HAVAS. From 2005 until 2009, he was Director of Marketing at Marítimo Bergé. Juan is currently a partner and Director at B&E and serves in this capacity with several other companies as well.
